Young Adult Ministry

Although Symphony Church was initially planted with a focus on ministering to college students, there is now a thriving post-college young adult ministry that God is building up! The young adult ministry encompasses new college graduates, graduate and professional school students, and working young adults.

What is the vision for young adults at Symphony Church?

The reality is that the mission of the Symphony young adult ministry is no different from the mission of Symphony Church: “Raising up Kingdom workers transformed by Christ to serve the world.” What we are trying to do is to encourage a community of young adults to implement this mission during a very unique stage of their lives. As young adults, we want Christ to be the center of our lives and for His Name to be honored and glorified wherever we are, whether it is in the classroom or in the workplace.

Where can I find these young adults among the sea of college students at Symphony Church?

There are several ways to get involved as a young adult at Symphony Church!

  • New Song
    • New Song is a worship night specifically geared towards young adults. It is an opportunity to fellowship with other young adults, worship the Lord together, hear the Word of God, and pray for one another. New Song happens every other Saturday at the Symphony Church Office and starts at 6:30PM with dinner/fellowship (bring your own dinner), followed by worship at 7:30PM. • Family Groups
    • This is Symphony’s small group ministry. Family groups are meant to be tight-knit communities built through fellowship, worship, Bible study, prayer, and accountability. If you are looking to grow in your faith with other brothers and sisters in Christ, consider joining one of the young adult family groups! There are family groups spread out throughout the week and at multiple locations around the greater Boston area. You can sign up on Sundays on the back of your connection card.
