If you love children and want to help our beautiful kids grow in their love and understanding of God, then this is the ministry for you! We don’t have many kids yet, but each of them is precious in God’s sight!
Commitment: Sundays 10:00am – 1:00pm (once/twice a month rotation)
A family away from home. Family groups are the primary ministry of Symphony Church. In our family groups, we study the Bible, pray for one another, and seek to find true biblical community. If you can host a group or would like to help lead others in Bible study/growing in Christ, please speak with Pastor Barry as soon as possible.
Commitment: One weeknight for bible-study (~2 hours); For family group servants, Saturday morning meetings (9:00am – 12:00noon);
There is nothing like breaking bread with others to ignite fellowship. Our hospitality team will be called upon to augment our Sunday fellowship and to provide food for occasional events.
Commitment: Sundays 10:00am – 1:00pm; Some time during the week for cooking/shopping.
We want Symphony Church to be pushing the boundaries of bringing the Gospel message home in innovative and creative ways. If you have some artistic ability, some web-designing or acting skills, or just really like watching youtube, this could be the ministry for you.
Until we are able to bring Symphony Church to every campus in Boston, we need your help bringing the students to Symphony. If you have a driver’s license and a car, or a driver’s license and over the age of 25, then please consider volunteering for this ministry. Fellowship can begin even on the ride over to church!
Commitment: Sundays 10:00am – 2:00pm
Help make Symphony Church one of the most welcoming churches in America! Each Sunday, our desire is that every person who walks into our church, whether member or visitor, will experience the love of Christ and know the warmth of being in his body. If you are able to hold a conversation (low barrier we know) and can smile (we can teach you), you can be part of the welcoming team.
Commitment: Sundays 9:30am – 1:00pm
Do you love to worship the LORD? Play an instrument? Know the ins-and-outs of mixing sound, or want to learn? We don’t want to mislead you: this requires the highest time commitment for any ministry at Symphony. It’ll require hard work and humility. But we know you still want to volunteer.
Commitment: Saturday afternoon practices; Sunday 8:00am – 2pm
